Increased grain consumption is a simple method to improve your diet. Protein, fiber, vitamins-B, antioxidants, and trace elements are all abundant in grains (iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium). Heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and various types of cancer have all been linked to eating a diet high in whole grains.
