Solar Dry Fruits / Dehydrated Fruits
Dehydrated fruits, often known as dried fruit, are natural fruits that have had their water content reduced to a minimum through a process of extreme dehydration. The main benefit of this method is that the fruit preserves all of its characteristics, vitamins, and health advantages just like fresh fruits. With the removal of water, it was possible to reduce the weight of the fruit by up to 20% and, on the other hand, to limit the growth of bacteria that caused the fruit to deteriorate, because bacteria cannot thrive in a dry environment.
